ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

A Learning Through Play Program

As a Reggio-inspired program, PlayPals creates co-learning environments where teachers have a lateral relationship with children rather than a hierarchical one.

In addition to a teaching curriculum that views all children as competent and capable learners and individuals, we are firm believers that it is a child’s right to be a part of an inclusive setting.

For neurotypical children, studies indicate increased empathy and compassion for those around them, while outcomes for children with developmental delays include increased language development and social skills.

We find it incredibly important to reinforce the different milestones within social and emotional development and kindness with others.

Onsite speech and occupational therapy services will be offered to students who require additional support!

Research has shown that in the field of early education, inclusion settings benefit children with and without special needs.

Serving children aged 18 months - Pre-Kindergarten (5 years).

Our Story

Play Pals was started in February 2020 to bring social groups to families of young children who were lacking peer interaction during the COVID pandemic. We are excited to develop these play groups into a preschool program that supports play, learning, curiosity and friendships!

Our Frequently Asked Questions

To enroll your child, you will need to submit a completed enrollment packet, materials fee, registration fee and a deposit equal to the tuition schedule chosen. It is highly recommended that you schedule a tour first. Please visit this link to sign up for a tour.

We try our best to be an inclusive environment and welcome everyone. If your child has specific needs, let’s talk about it and see how we can accommodate them.
We do not require children to be potty trained. We will have regular bathroom breaks and reminders. Each child will need to bring a couple pairs of: pants, shirts, socks.
We offer a nut-free morning and afternoon snack. We will include snacks from two different food groups for each snack. Each child will need to bring a lunch and reusable water bottle.
We ask that parents provide a pair of slip-on shoes to be used as indoor shoes for the children to change into during indoor times throughout the program day. These indoor shoes will stay in the child’s cubby. We ask that the shoes have hard soles. In the event of an emergency that requires us to exit the building, the children would exit with these shoes on. Play Pals Space will be providing diapers (size 4 and 5), wipes, two balanced snacks, nap mat and naproll included in your monthly tuition!
Yes! We offer a 5% discount for the sibling with the lesser of the two tuition amounts.
